Our "New" Ambergris Caye Real Estate Office

Located right in the heart of San Pedro Town in Ambergris Caye, on what we locals call “Front Street”, our new office has been relocated in the fall of 2008 from our old location, two blocks north on Front Street due to the demolition of our old building. This is not uncommon as San Pedro grows and older buildings are torn down and replaced with newer, more modern concrete buildings.

CORAL BEACH REALTY has a limited Property Display Area located on the side of our office which provides pedestrians with a sampling of the properties we have available for sale. Adjacent to this Display Area, we have a plastic holder containing Free Brochures highlighting even more of our properties! However, in order to view our full range of available listings, please drop into the office for a chat and a Handout containing all properties with a picture and brief description of each. This Handout is also available via email – just contact us and request it!

While visiting our office, please inquire about our Slide Shows which we have prepared for almost every property and which you can view on a large monitor. This helps provide you an in-depth visual concept of the specific property and also to compare similar properties from the comfort of our office. Property viewings can be arranged for any property you may wish to see in person and walk through. While in San Pedro, drop by our office and bring any questions you may have on any subject concerning Belize – Belizean Law, customs, where to eat / best restaurants, which dive shops to use, fishing excursions and of course, real estate!
