Fred comes from the Los Angeles area of California where he has been a licensed broker for 30 years. He still owns a successful Real Estate & Mortgage company, which he has chosen to turn over the day-to-day management, allowing him to permanently move to San Pedro. Fred lived in Cancun with his wife and two sons for seven years where he and his wife worked as a team in the real estate industry. Fred has also worked on development projects in the Bahamas and Baja CA. Fred brings a strong sense of knowledge and professionalism, coupled with sales and marketing experience, to Coral Beach Realty.

Ari came to San Pedro from New York, New York,
where she worked for 6+ years as a real estate attorney. In her diverse practice, she was involved in commercial real estate deals of all types, including condos, apartment buildings shopping centers, hotels, even selling the Empire State Building! She has been living full-time here in San Pedro Town for over 4 years with her husband Alberto Trejo and their son Andrew, both native San Pedranos. We are happy to have her put her real estate experience to work on the Coral Beach Realty team.

From the beautiful island of Prince Edward Island on the east coast of Canada, Bob has lived in Belize since 2001 both on the mainland and in San Pedro.
